Inner headlight options?

I just replaced my GP Thunder bulbs with the LUX bulbs and have been much happier with the angel eyes. I looked around but couldn't find any options for the inner headlight. They seem kind of yellow and more so now with the LUX angel eyes. Any thoughts? Thx.

Absolutely:

Cornering Bulb Comparison: AiB 6000K Angel Eye kit with GP Thunder H3 7500K Cornering Bulb (left) and OEM Cornering Bulb (right)

I've been looking into the same thing and here's what I've found...

Conflicting reports on the forum over whether the stock wattage on the H3 cornering bulb is 35W or 55W (admitedly, it'd take less time to just pull the bulb and look). Either way, I believe 55W is the only aftermarket option.

As far as color temperature, 6000k to 6500k is generally the recommended range.

Potential options (I haven't personally tested any of these):
- GP Thunders: popular option, but they appear slightly purple in pictures
- MTEC: I don't think they have any h3 bulbs fitting the above criteria
- Nokya: Nokya Pro Halogen H3 7000K 55W Arctic White Light Bulbs
- Philips: H3 Philips Crystal Vision Ultra Halogen Headlamp (uknown temp)
- Osram/Sylvania: nothing near the above temp range
- PIAA: nothing near the above temp range
- Hella: ??
- Luminics: ??
- No name (Google search): H3 55W 6500K White Car Light Bulbs

And this is the extent of what I've found so far. I'll update if I find any more.

Tom,

Are you saying you can replace inner build with GP Thunder with Lux angel eyes installed? I to get more yellow with the lights on.

We have the AIBs fitted in this example, along with the GP Thunders.

look into Alpine HID's. I have seen them in person and IMO they are the best looking.
Here is a show thread - http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthr...ght=alpine+HID
