SOLD: 2009 E90 M3 MR 72K H-TX w/ full Akra GT4

For Sale for $25,000 in northwest Houston is a 2009 E90 M3 Melbourne Red with 72,390 miles. I was the 2nd owner through a BMW CPO at 24,235 miles. I'm putting up for sale as an option to generate some cash for a new toy.

Sale of the car includes the venerable full Akrapovic GT4 exhaust system, BPM tune and satin black Forgestar F14 wheels with perfect offset. All OEM exhaust and 220M wheels are included with the sale if the buyer wants it. I am not willing to separate these items from the sale of the car as I may decide to retain ownership. There are no other mods to the car, just the basics, wheels, tune and exhaust. I have two key fobs.

Title is free and clear. No liens. Registration good through 2/2021.

Condition of exterior is very good. It has the expected amount of paint nicks, dimples, etc. for a car of this age and mileage but the paint is very bright and shiny. This was a garage kept car. The Passenger side Forgestars have some curb rash, the drivers side do not.

Condition of interior is Excellent. Never been smoked in or had pets inside. This was a weekend toy, not my daily driver.

The car has never been wrecked, tracked or any forced induction installed.

10 years of service records and 6 years of blackstone oil analysis records will be available to the buyer. I have summarized below.

It does need a single headlamp replaced and the front brakes show as due but by BMW's date, not mileage. I only average 5,000 miles/year. Tires are good for another 5,000+ miles. I'm not replacing as that will last me another year if I don't sell.

All of the above has been taken into consideration in the sale price which, for now, is firm. I prefer a local sale and test drives will be available with a certified check, money order or any form of payment indicating a serious willingness to buy.

I have just completed bleeding the brakes and replacing all brake pads and brake wear sensors with OEM parts at approximately 72,430 miles.
