Need Help With Window Trim/Sealing Please!!

Hey y'all. I have a long road trip tomorrow (getting in that serious isolations mood) and I am finally trying to address something that I have put off for a long time with the car. When I am on the highway, and don't have the circulate air function on, my windows will literally shake and make a ton of wind noise. Reason being is that I am missing some gasket trim on the top of the window. I knew the car has this defect when I bought it and was discounted for the issue. I bought these parts - https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...t/51767157531/ for the left and right side. Now I can't figure out for the life of me how to get them on! I can't find a tutorial anywhere for the install. Perhaps I bought the wrong part, but any input would be greatly appreciated. You can see in the pictures where the upper window gasket is missing when I remove the window trim.

You are missing all the window trim. Either brushed aluminum or gloss black with space grey paint as I recall. Check out realoem.com for parts breakdown and use part numbers to order parts wherever. Vehicle trim - exterior trim section. I had a space grey 335 with brushed aluminum trim and I wraped it in flat black 3M wrap. I preferred it to more expensive gloss black trim replacements.

YouTuber VEHICULAR_DIY has a really good video on replacing window gaskets and trim on his e90 335i. I imagine the window gaskets are basically the same as the M3.

Lol. I didn't make it clear! I took the window trim off to highlight the lack of the window gasket on the car. Thankfully i have all my trim!

I came across that video actually. I just haven't seen one for the gasket on an E92.
