that's only if it's a pretty loaded build. it's far less than that for a base build which most people only require.

Prices vary a lot, it really depends on how many options you choose on the build. But the base price is much lower than that.

I love them bro...they really compliment the car well. They're well built and their customer service is second to none. They're local to us so it's a no brainer my dude!

Question Cornering Lense

I get that the cornering lens upgrade replaces the plastic with glass and makes a quad projector look but can anyone post a picture of the effect is actually has on the car? Kind of confused and not sure if it is worth the extra 150.

Also the difference between the normal satin black or the 150 up-charge for dark-smoked look?

Had them do my lights but they look stock in photos. ZKW projectors, Osram CBIs, fresh headlight lenses... couldn’t look fresher in person, though! Kudos to the BO team!

Has anyone had any recent experience with this company, in some other M threads there are quite a few mixed reviews with units not sealed properly or taking forever to deliver. I'm really interested to have them do something for me, but the pricing is crazy, expecially as I will have to start with new units thanks to the PO of my car. At >$3k for a pair of light units, the quality needs to be unquestionable but I do think they offer a modern upgrade for the E9x series. Are there alternatives other than DIY?

Agreed. I'm in the same boat as you.

Also, it's not a good sign when we can't even PM Anmol because his messaging limit has been exceeded and needs to "clear out space".

Indeed, for that type of money the customer service and craftsmanship needs to be unquestionably immaculate.

There are other options out there.

I found this place called Zworklights, which seems to also use BavGruppe kits like BayOptiks, but they are out in IL.

I just don't like that their halo rings are switchbacks (I want switchback brow and/or corner, but halos to stay white), but their pricing looks like it would be less depending on what you want.

Here is a complete list of all BavGruppe installers (just like BayOptiks, which is also on the list):

I think you missed some facts here...

Anmol worked for Sonic MS who provided BayOptiks headlights as a third party vendor. Contact BayOptiks directly if you have any questions, issues or need assistance with customer service about their products or work done. Simple.

Sonic MS is out of business...has been for quite some time now. Anmol no longer has any affiliation with them, thus him no longer responding under that username.
