I can't wait to switch back over to my ZCP's in another week or two. It really transforms the look of the car...

Ordered a new set of Michelin Pilot Super Sports for mine to celebrate spring. The M3 will come out of winter storage when they arrive.

Anyone interested in the Continental ContiSportContacts that will be coming off with less than 10K miles?

I may need new rears this summer. I gotta take a closer look in a few weeks. How much you thinking? I want to switch over to Super Sports as well, but I don't want to replace the fronts which are pretty good right now.

Anyone in the Newport, RI area?

On that note, I just moved here in January and to my dismay found the speed limits around here unreasonably slow with lots of speed traps. Anyone know a good backroad nearby where I can unleash the car a bit without worrying about getting pulled over?

I followed your guidance and stayed with the 245/35ZR 19 Front and the 265/35ZR 19 Rear. Thanks for your help!

Thinking of switching over to my ZCP's and summers this weekend...

Too early or just right?

I took off the winters and put on the summer wheels a few days ago. Nice to feel 265/285 performance instead of 235/255 snow.

hey guys looking for some input. Selling my winter beater (dodge ram not worth having 2 gas guzzlers) thinking of DD my M3 full time year round! How is it with snow tires in the winter? Looking for input from people that don't live in Boston but the other towns out of the city where snow management isn't as strict

I live in the Middletown/Newport, RI area and didn't have any problem getting around on my Michelin Alpin PA4s. A little wheelspin when starting from a stop sometimes but you just need to be easy on the throttle. The deepest snow I drove in was a few inches. I obviously wouldn't recommend driving your M3 if you anticipate deep snow. Hope this helps.

I ran Dunlop Wintersport 3D and they were pretty good in the snow. My biggest issue was deep snow. The M3 is just low and you can easily become a snow plow.

The few days in the winter where it really sucked out, I just worked from home or borrowed my brothers car.

Possibly, but I'm also interested in a track day or auto cross event this summer...

Any of you planning on doing any events?
