Questions about Eisenmann Race(X pipe, connecting pipes)
So, Im thinking about to put on Eisenmann Race when I get my 2012 m3. I have some questions about it. I did lot just wanna be sure and clear about these questions. any input is helpful, and thank you~
#1 should I get it with Eisenmann Connecting Pipes or not? ----if with Connecting Pipes, will it fit if I add AA Signature X Pipe & Connecting Pipes Later? #2 Is it ture that Eisenmann Race with X pipe(with or without cats) are too loud for drving around town? #3 Both Eisenmann Race and Sport have the same performance gain right? #4 what are the difference between with cats and without. I only have the Race with the rest of the exhaust being standard. So in this case the answer to q1 is yes, you need the connecting pipes in order to avoid any cutting and to make it easy to put the oem back on when you sell. The Race sounds terrific. Oh and you won't notice any HP gain with an axle back. Can't comment on the rest.

X-pipe is mandatory for gains in regards to the exhaust.

The best combination for sound and power for the Eisenmann seems to be the Eisenmann Sport, with Challenge Race x pipe. Makes good power, sounds good at WOT, and doesnt drone like the Race Eisenmann can sometimes.
Heard this all day yesterday at the track |
