On page 19 of the UK brochure, the M dead pedal can be seen in a RHD car. I hope I'm not going to be short-changed.

Dead pedal
The nice metal rest for your left foot instead of the black plastic one. Looks like BMW may have shortchanged the right-hand drive ones.

RHD M dead pedal
I'm guessing they didn't go to the expense of making a different pedal for the relatively small number of RHD cars. The countour on the left side of the pedal is different between LHD & RHD.
