Finally got the wheels!!!

They are absolutely beautiful, I could not be happier!

Was not able to weigh them. I do not have an accurate scale anyway so we'll have to wait until BW does it for us

Hey SYT, could you take a photo of the stamped markings on the inner barrel, if they exist? The Bimmerworld website shows them in shot of the inside of the wheel, but doesn't have a closeup and I'm curious what all is on there (size/offset/mfr date) that kind of stuff. Helpful to have that stuff stamped on the wheel when you resellsince the back pad is devoid of marking

These are gloss black. I think BW also has a special edition of the Apex wheels in this finish

I may be stopping by the storage depot this week, if so I'll pick one up and take it home to weigh it.

Richbot, I did not see any markings but I'll definitely double check them!

I'll mount the RE71s in 275 on these wheels soon. If I can get them on the car before leaving the US on holidays I'll be sure to post them!

Went to visit them today and was able to weigh them: 19.8lb for the 10.5 size

The ARC8 10.5 is listed at 20.5lb

The EC7 10.5 is listed at 22.5lb

The barrel lists size, offset, bolt pattern, hub bore, weight rating, and mfg date.

I got around to mounting tires on them. My Porsche shop that mounted them said the wheels are very nice and barely needed weights. Two wheels needed zero weights to balance out.

275 square RE71Rs. They look slightly stretched but are perfectly fine. Seeing this, the 275 R1s I will eventually run will be completely straight-walled on these wheels

I can't mount them on the car this weekend but I will by next weekend!

Dayum those are good looking wheels in gloss black! Sweetness!

Might have to rethink my wheel/tire strategery.

Can Bimmerworld comment on what their policy is regarding a bent or damaged wheel from track use? And what kind of time commitment on production have they made in terms of number of years? I've seen cracked forged rims that were no longer being produced, so the warranty was a moot point.

I have 3 sets plus a couple spares of Aprx ARC-8 and they have had my back when I damaged a rim. I appreciate that support consideration given that I'm not a race team.

These rims are interesting and I would like to consider them. But if I'm out in the cold with damage, especially considering Apex's support that I already have, I would be less likely to make a move.
