BMW sells an indoor cover - Pricey though. As long as it's in a private garage, I really wouldn't worry about a couple weeks inside. It's not like the freking neighbors cats are gonna walk on it.

Simple: never put a car cover on your car unless you want swirls and scratches. If it gets dirty, wash it whenever you can.
