Need quick answer - KEG in Trunk?

Will a keg of beer fit into the trunk of an e90 m3. My seats do not fold. Any one have any experience with this. Please help as soon as you can my wife is in route to have a keg picked up for a weekend party. I really don't want the keg inside the car. As a last resort will put it inside. Will it hurt anything laying down in the back seat on top of towels?

Thanks much!

Probably will fit sideways across the back seats....esp with the rear doors. With towels, it won't hurt your car unless you plan to store a full keg in your back seat for about 2 years. Highly doubt it will fit in the trunk also. Fold down seats wouldn't help you either way so that's not an issue. Worst case scenario, ditch the keg idea and get actual beer bottles like adults tend to do.

Thanks for the input. I have 85 adults coming. Having to recycle all that glass is not practical. Plus its hard to find bottles of the beer I'm getting in Long Island, thus have to get it from Brooklyn. It's called Pilsner Urquel.

My wife is Czech her family would kill me if I did not buy a proper czech pilsner. I can get a few 6 packs of Hofbrau for myself and anyone inclined to sharing with me ;-)

BTW a 50 liter keg will fit in the trunk of an e90 m3. Beer is in route home!

You can fit a full sized hooker in the trunk, so a keg should be no problem.

Just don't put the two in the trunk together or the keg will be half-empty when you pull 'em out...

Yeah, all you'd need is a car and a key and a sober driver...
