OEM front spoiler for 2011 ZCP?

Is this supposed to be on the 2011 ZCP? The front spoiler looks real nice and I'm thinking about getting it, but I have the ZCP so shouldn't already be there? Confused..

I have a 2011 E90 ZCP. They aren't standard. You can add them as factory options. That's what I did. Added CF splitters, mirrors, and spoiler.

That makes sense, but why would they call it OEM ZCP, if not all ZCP M3s have them?

Misnomer, same goes for the trunk/boot spoiler that ppl like to label as being the ZCP spoiler. None of those parts came standard on the ZCP and are BMW Performance optional extras.
