Best tyre pressure?

Can someone please inform me what is the best tyre pressure suited to the e92 m3 coupe on OE 19" tyres stock size? Is it 35psi all round or 36psi front and 38psi rear? What's the common pressure?

page 57 in the supplemental M3 manual:
33psi/35psi <100mph and 33/35 >100mph low load and 41/44 high load >100mph.
