DCT Transmission Oil Pan - P/N: 28108070791

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
Sold

Item Interest
DCT Lower Pan from my 2012 E93 M3. Part number 28108070791. I had a minor DCT leak so I bought a brand new pan - installed the new pan but the leak was still there. Turns out it was my mechatronics side cover gasket causing the leak. Can't return the new pan so I just left it on the car and am selling my original pan. Appears to be in fine condition, no visible damage, cracks, scratches, etc. Includes drain plug. $75 shipped anywhere in the continental US via paypal friends/family. Also available for local pick-up in north county San Diego. Thank you!

**SOLD**

what's your driving weird experience? mine is I had my pan taken off to change the gasket, sump and filter, and shopped filled in 5L. We don't know how much came out but driving forward is fine. Driving in reverse is fine but it feels like it's jerking initially like it doesn't have enough oil I guess. No codes and on 3 separate occasions, I had my gears skip 1,3, 5, 7...turned off the car, no more errors and was able to drive just fine.

Not at all.. never had any issue. Its easy to get under the car and look though if you suspect you have a leak.

i had my pan off to do filters and it took more than 5l. with car running take the fill plug out and have the car on a lift or level and should be filled until it comes out of the fill plug

disregard. I thought that was the new pan. I had to re-read the post. the gaskets on the pan are only really good for 1 use.
