What would you guys offer on this? It is listed for 37.9k.

... my answer: I wouldn't get an 08'... but if you love it, buy it. and use kbb or something.

Thank you for the honest answers. I decided to pass because they wouldn't budge on price and the car was not, imo, worth their asking price.

Hi all, I'm shopping for my 1st M, hopefully a certified vert. I found a 2008 e93 42k miles,blk on blk, bmw cpo until 2014, with premium pkg and 19s, immaculate inside and out. Dealer lists approx $45, KBB values it $48k. What do you guys think is the real world value of this vehicle? Any (positive) advice would be appreciated.

His asking price is way too much. Is that a positive feedback?

Ive had bad experiences with first gen models of cars (mechanical problems, etc).. But that's just me... A lot of people on this forum have 08's w no problems at all..
