Ok makes sense now! Thanks for clearing it up for me. Looks like I could get into a very nicely optioned brand new M3 coupe for a little over 60k!

Thumbs up 2011 e90 M3 sedan ED question

Greetings, first time poster here. The invoice pricing sheet from the OP was tremendously helpful (along with bimmerwiki instructions) in negotiating an ED price for a 2011 M3 sedan I am looking to buy. There was one small discrepancy with the base ED price. The dealer claims that there is a new pricing starting 1/11/2011 where the base e90 m3's ED invoice went up from 47,400 to 47,870. It is not a huge difference but when I negotiated the deal, it was car + options all in ed invoice price plus a dealer profit of $500 which the dealer (east bay bmw, sf bay area) agreed to. But my listing only had the invoice price from the OP which was effective Sep 10. I couldnt find the new pricing sheet effective 1/1/2011 per the dealer. Is that info accurate?

I understand I am getting a great deal here (even if it were 970$ dealer profit instead of $500) but I want to make sure the information is indeed correct.

If anyone has any info on this, please pass it on.

Great forum. Hoping to have my ride soon.

Cheers

agree with above, I am also working with Ryan @ steve thomas and yes the prices did go up by 400 and change sometime after 1/1/11, but macwalker is getting $500 above (new) ED invoice and the best that I am getting from Ryan is $600 plus invoice for US and $700 plus invoice for Euro delivery.
