Please make sure you find the right detailer. I made the biggest mistake and that was finding a detailing company through kijiji. Don't get me wrong, this isn't to say that all detailers on Kijiji are bad but I've had bad experience. The guy did such a horrible job buffing my Jet Black E46 ZHP coupe that I wanted to sell the car asap and this car was my baby more than the M3. It was my first bimmer which I was planning to keep for a very long time.

Hey M3Post!
Glad to be back on board as a sponsor for 2017! Looking forward to seeing some of you at the meets and cruises. Here is a write up on a rare fire orange M3. We were contacted by this client to detail this fire orange M3,1 of 2 I believe in Toronto. When it came in to the shop and upon inspection we came to the conclusion that it definitely needed a 2 stage polish as the paint was in rough condition. After figuring out a few other things that the car would need we proceeded on to the work. Anyways onto the write up and polishing. Arrival Claybarring the paint Measuring the paint Masking off the rubber and plastic trim Finally with all the prep done we started the compounding Before After Before After Before (the trunk was in horrible shape with buffer trails everywhere) After (there was a deeper scratch that was to deep to come out) 50/50 shot Headlights and taillights were polished as well Before After After all the compounding and polishing Opti Coat Primer was applied Then Opti Coat Pro was applied Here is the result of all our hard work starting with a sun shot And finally my favourite shot Hope you enjoyed the write up! Thanks Wes, I get compliments all time on how great the paint looks, all thanks to you! Had Rocco at RMP give it a clean bill of health, so now I'm definitely keeping it. Going to have a new windshield put in end of may or beginning of june then book it in for interior opti-coat. Still debating whether or not to repaint the bumper, hood and fenders. You remember how badly chipped they were. Lol I know your're busy but I'm gonna bust your balls for those pics periodically! |

Here is another one, this time a Long Beach Blue M2 which came in brand new with only 50km on the odometer. Owner was an existing client who had previously brought us his 1 series for paint correction and now wanted to protect the new toy with Opti Coat Pro.
Paint was not bad at all but we still applied Opti Primer via machine to burnish the paint which squeezed out more "pop" from the metallic flake as well as applied a double coat of Opti Coat Pro which made the shine unreal! Hope you enjoy the pics! Arrival with the window sticker still on Claybarring the paint which did feel a little rough. Probably from transportation. Measurements just to insure there were no surprises Opti Coat Primer Applied via machine Flake popping! And then Opti Coat Pro applied. To the paint, headlights, taillights, door jambs, and exhaust And finally the finished pics which were sadly taken on an overcast day. But the shine was still beautiful! Can't get enough of these cars! Probably my favourite out of the current M line up. Looking forward to more! Hope you enjoyed the pics Thanks, Wes (647)999-8499 http://oriondetailing.co/ Instagram - oriondetailing.co Facebook - oriondetailing.co Wechat - oriondetailing.co |

This client has been a long time customer of ours and has brought previously owned vehicles to us. To be honest we did this job last year but I forgot I had these pics until he brought the car back to us last week for a clean up as he is considering selling it to buy a GTR.
I love the color on this M3 which is Ruby Black. The flake looks like a wine color and under white lighting the car looks almost burgundy. This is a Competition Package so you have the goodies from suspension, to carbon roof, to the sexy wheels. I kind of really like this car if you can't tell.... Anyways on to the pics Upon arrival Before After I love the flake!!! Opti Coat Pro And the after pics Front Back Thanks for looking guys! |

That is an utterly gorgeous colour, I thought it was only available on the E63 M6 Neiman Marcus edition in those days. Do you have more photos showing off the flake in the whole car? Was if 6spd?
