Looks like you're off to a good start.

The injector boxes are opened as they are machined to fit the rail prior to shipment. You do not need to save the boxes.

Thanks for your support everyone and happy 2020!

Hi, appreciate being willing to help with the install -

After installing the supercharger mounts which secure the fuel rail, and using the supplied 90 degree angular piece to ensure correct seating. The supercharger when seated on the mounts doesn't properly line up with the bolt holes. It's close but ~1-2mm off for 3 of the 4 holes. I tried removing and resetting the mounts to no avail. Do you recall any issues during your install? Also, when the SC is seated on the brackets is there a small gap on each side of the breathers?

Here's pics of my supercharger on the mounts and the breather you're referring to. I never had problems with this being misaligned when I installed it. I do show about a 1mm overhang of the supercharger over the mounts. As far as I remember the mounting holes of the supercharger lined up fine over the threaded part of the mounts. And for the breathers, looks like I show a slight gap as well. Hope this helps.

The install is complete! Phewf... Took about 25 hours all in, basically at any point I was getting frustrated I stepped away. Too easy to bend, strip, or cross thread all the aluminum parts on these cars.

Takeaways:

1. The Install manual is excellent (thanks Harrop) although clearly oriented for a mechanic which I'm not.
2. Read a couple pages ahead when possible. Often you're fitting a part that could benefit from pre assembly vs after you've bolted it down.
3. I only had problems with two pieces. The 90 degree elbow that plugs in the back LH of the SC plenum, and the f'ing oil cooler.
4. Super happy I bought this kit new vs used. Made a lot of little adjustments to the hose lengths, clamps, etc on the intercooler bits. Would've been a nightmare working with used parts.

All in all - Pretty stoked. My first big solo install. I've done BBK, suspension, solid sub frame mounts, drive shaft, etc but all under supervision of a friend that's a proper mechanic. Im pumped I got through it at my own pace. If you're considering it, go for it! I was very happy to save the install $$, as that's been appropriated for seats.

Temps are dropping on CO as we head into a cold week ahead, but was able to take it for a test run this evening. Granted I have A/S tires for my street wheels to deter myself from driving like an asshole but this kit is a monster. Really thrilled and looking forward to the track. Thanks BPMSport

I have not - Trying to figure it out otherwise I'm going to bail on it and return it to Turner. Not a lot odd space to work with...

Well here we are a few months later and I've officially completed removing my Harrop setup. I must say they did an amazing job executing a factory like fit and finish on nearly every component.

I'm going to do an inventory of all the parts and grab a bunch of pictures but expect to find it in classifieds fairly soon. I'm going to look into where I could find replacements but I believe the only thing one would need is some new hose clamps as the kit uses a lot of one-time use style clamps. You could easily use a different style if wanted.

These don't pop up often in the classifieds since most are very happy with the kit. Curious to see the listing price

I have really enjoyed reading every single one of the posts in here over the last few days! Looking to get the Harrop UK supplier to order one of these in.

Does the UK one also come with the BPM Sport tune? I've only had the E92 for a few months, will I be missing out on NA fun and potentially ruining the car adding this? I really really love driving it but feel it could do with a bit more grunt!

If you're buying BMW coolant and thus diluting 50/50 A single gallon should do.

Kit's purchased not directly through BPM will receive software and tuning support from Harrop directly.

Since the streets are so empty, had an opportunity earlier today to stretch her legs - the pull is relentless:
