This is a genuine Vorsteiner spoiler as you can see their authenticity sticker below.
However, there are scratches on the underside of the lip, and the passenger side protruding point is cracked as well. A decent body shop should be able to refinish this and make it look nice.

Sure! Stock suspension with 13mm spacers in the back, no spacers up front no fender roll, no rub.
