Dual Slat for E90 m3 (sedan) / bimmerplug awful

Lots of confusion out there on what would fit and it’s hard to find a specific listing for this. I ordered from bimmerplug and they sent something that doesn’t fit and they have the absolute worst customer service. No answer to emails or phone calls.

The question is then that is there any difference between e90 and e92 and e93 grilles? I’m totally lost. Most places list as only e92 or e93. It shouldn’t be different should it?

Why do all the listings not pair the e90 to the 92 and 93? Doesn’t make sense!

First problem, these are not OEM/BMW parts, they never put dual-slat grills on these cars.

Therefore the ones you find are likely some Chinese garbage that may or may not fit. As such they may or may not have any idea what cars they fit on. So you get what you get.

E9x M3 front bumpers are all interchangeable. The grills are also.

Non-M's are the ones that have different grills. But for the 2008-2013 M3 the grills are all interchangeable.

Please don't spread misinformation, this is M3post not E90post.

No, you’re right. Didn’t realize was in the M forum. My bad.

I have the exact same problem. Bought a grill for my e92. Fitment was way off. Just found out these guys are sending stuff from China and pricing their items for stupid expensive. Please stay away from bimmerplug. Also they make their return policies really hard for you to return the items. You can get lucky and have a part fit correctly but that’s 1/100000 chances.
