my car's clear bra was done by the previous owner and I never got the product details on what brand he used for the clear bra. Is there anyway of telling which one I have (ventureshield, 3M, etc)? Sounds like that's key if you are going to try to remove scratches (heat vs polishes). Thanks.

WHO KNEW! Thanks for the clearification, Eclipsis. I will be sure next time I polish clear bra to know which brand it is.
I guess with 3M buying out VS, you think it will be harder to tell? |

I have a Gray 2011 M3, the clear bra has been on the car close to 9 years. Question is - when do you need to remove the clear bra? will it harm the paint after 10 years? What should I replace it with?
Thanks, Dave
