Weird electrical issue... New Battery needed??

I just got my car, and it seems though the car has some weird electrical issue going on.

It starts up just fine, but none of the comfort access features work, and both keys have new batteries but still cant lock, unlock or pop the trunk from the buttons. The gas gauge stays at empty even after i fill up the car. When I got the car I thought it didnt have tpms sensors in the wheels, but now when I reset it, it works, then if I am driving it randomly becomes inactive.

I am thinking it may be the battery on its way out. Its a 2010, and I believe it has the original one in it.

It looks like wiring issue. Take her to dealer.

Im thinking of changing the battery first to see if that solves the issue.

You have to code the new battery at dealer.
