wow such dinan haters on here lol. that techno intake thing loses power on a car and costs twice as much but that is cool. i bet if you took the dinan name off of it and put something else on people would say you get 5hp out of it lmao

Here is my tips from my experience: It's pretty straight forward but if you can't get to it, just be patient and take more parts out and don't lose or drop any bolt/screws etc.

These look pretty trick. Like others have said, mostly show, but still, nothing wrong with that.
As for stiffness vs OEM I don't think there's much reason to go to Dinan for that info. Calculating the stiffness of a tubular section given that it's carbon is pretty easy once you have the dimensions. Same with the OEM part with the measurements and materials it's pretty easy. |

I have these, they're just for looks, and have no appreciable difference in performance. Would I do it again, probably, really dresses up the engine bay nicely, but again don't think there's an appreciable gain in performance whatsoever...

I just felt my Dinan intake looked very lonely so I added a pair of C/F friends.

At least the price has been reduced to $299 from $499. Thinking about a set to match my Dinan intake. Intake price also dropped a $100.

I have these as well, I don't think there are any performace benefits, but who can quantify this kind of testing ...
The weight of both OEM and Dinan are about the same. BTW I think OEM are aluminum not steel, they feel very light to be steel. |

Yep, only took like 7 weeks haha. The car is an entirely different beast. Still completely capable of daily and city driving, but is an absolute monster when opened up

Just for fun... and because there is a Dinan 15% sale this month, I just ordered these.
Anyone DIY install?
