engine and transmission mounts

hi i wanted to ask if anyone has solid engine and trans mounts on there car. How much NVH is there since there is no deflection?
my mods: 2010 e92 M3
solid diff and subframe mounts
solid fcabs
carbon driveshaft.
So i already have some NVH.
Here is the link to what i am thinking of installing.
Does anyone know of better than stock mounts that arent solid?

Race car only stuff. Try going stiffer, but definitely not solid. Probably stiffer trans mounts will bother you more than stiffer motor mounts. Consider something like Bimmerworld Group N replica motor mounts. I tried Rogue Group N style mounts and they added too much NVH for me to enjoy. I think if I had increased the idle by 300 rpm in the tune, they might have been ok, though. For tranny mounts, I would go a little softer than the engine.

What you do at the front is very different from what you do in the back in terms of NVH, and the CF DS is absorbing some of what you have done in the back.

The BW solid rubber mounts would be almost completely imperceptible with a 1000rpm idle.

I've been running them for 10k miles and am quite pleased

But stock idle on a 6MT car seems to be about 550 rpm.

maybe 900 rpm is fine. I'll move mine to 1000rpm as it's meant just for track use

I'm almost sure someone melted their VT mounts on an E92 a few months ago on this very forum

I have the VT road going mounts. no issues after about five track days. no new noises, either.
i have read that solid transmission mounts are very rough.

Garage List
2010 E92 BMW M3  [10.00]
Solid 1 piece CF driveshaft adds the most NHV, softest poly trans mounts also add a ton "actually removed them back to oem"
Running vibra technics engine mounts, gives a nice bit of feedback but more like your behind a big v8.
Solid rear diff mounts you just get a bit of whine from the diff at different speeds, nothing to bad.

Driveshaft and trans mounts by far the most noisy/vibrating
