Dump question regarding track wrist bands, how do you easily access them with gloves?

I realize how dumb/simple a question this is, but when I attend track days they give you a band at the gate or registration table. If you were gloves your gloves cover the band, then right before entering the track a track marshall always asks to see your band to make sure you are in the right run group.

Race gloves are usually tight and sweaty and a bitch to pull off to immediately put back on just to see a silly band. I realize safety is an issue if a Novice got out on track with the Expert session.

I am hoping I am not the only one having this very minor yet annoying first world track day problem, how do you get around it?

I thought about putting the band over my race glove or making the wristband more a forearm band and very loose.

Roll up glove in pit and roll back down after you show marshal. That's what I do.

Same as ThunderMoose, I usually roll the cuff up, however as you mentioned it's also helpful to make it more of a forearm band.

I just wear it loose because I've got this weird issue that I hate wearing anything on my wrist. I barely tolerate my fit bit.
