What is the red clown nose under the rear view mirror for, anyway? My dealer said it flashes for the alarm, but last I checked, my car didn't come with an alarm. That must have been ANOTHER 1500 freakin dollars?

Twist the nose and your mirror will switch to night driving, if you don't have the auto adjusting ones.

Joking aside (as if that matters) the new clown nose is less prominent as compared to the e46's schnautzer.

This has to be hands down the most annoying interior design feature of all BMWs.

It looks stupid and I'm going to find a way to remove it or do something with it. I think I might just paint it black. Anything to make it less noticeable.
