TPMS Option Doesn't Come Up

Problem: States all the tires have low pressure. All tires pressures are actually normal.

So I've read as many threads possible on resetting the TPMS sensor, but in my car I cannot seem to get to the option to reset. I keep pushing the lever up/down and the TPMS symbol never shows up on the dash.

Car is a 2011 M3 non-idrive. These were purchased new 1-2 years ago from the dealer for my HRE set of wheels. I had them off the car for 3 months and just put them back on.

Any help is appreciated, I do not want to drive back to the wheel shop to get this fixed.
