Looks like IND Distribution is $1,950 for a painted Euro bumper and $200 shipping. I'm going to try to supply the euro spec bumper from Turner Motorsports ($750), have my shop cut the headlight washer holes and paint it for (hopefully) <$1,000. Maybe save $400 or more.
I just deleted the headlight washers altogether when I got my Euro bumper. They're pointless and the car looks better without them.

Congrats on the great find and welcome back! I also recently came back to the e9x platform with a e90 after previously owning a e92.

Did you plug the hose or the pump? Did you code out headlight washers?

Beautiful spec. Congrats man. I totally get what my you mean. I came from an f80 ZCP and have spent many hours in various M2s. I just can't connect with modern cars, well, except for the 812 Ferrari and GT3 Porsche.

For mine I removed most of the hose behind the bumper then just plugged it. Motor and stuff in place still, no coding.

I did the same. Initially left it un-coded with no issues, but later went back and coded them out with Carly just because.
