Drove I-205 toward north and spot on a Mineral White E92 M3 this afternoon.

modified exhaust and rear diffuser and also noticed have a yellow color headlight mod.

Passed a blue E92 on Cedar Hills yesterday around 11:15. Driver waived. Not sure they're on here, but the car looked great on a nice sunny day!

Yesterday afternoon, I saw a black E90 2008 M3 with plate number ending with "LSW" on Cedar Hills Blvd turn right to Cornell Rd, is that you?

Done three things in recent 3 days:
1. Macht Schnell Pulleys. - Bought from EAS
2. Thermostat and o-rings -ECS Tuning
3. Water pump - ECS Tuning.
4. one thermostat sensor
sensor is bought from Kuni BMW, it is pretty expensive, cost $57. (Dont want to wait from FCP Euro or ECS tuning)
suppose to change two sensors and check with BMW of Portland and it sell $87/each, it is crazy price, so just changed one.

At the same time, replaced one Belt tensioner and the deflection pulley.

That's a corner that I tend to take a little spiritedly if it's clear…am trying to remember if I did that yesterday or not…lol

Hopefully, you did it all before this heatwave. Not aware of AC covered garages in the area.

LPT: Kuni has an online parts store that is cheaper than what you would pay if you called them for it. And they offer local pickup (same day if they have it) from the web page. BMW Autoparts Wholesale

Took the M3 out for a short hike Friday afternoon, my management told our team to step away from our computers for the afternoon. Took my Cayenne out the rest of the weekend because of the ventilated seats. Did an early Saturday morning hike, as well. Friday afternoon was hot, Saturday morning was like being in soup. Didn't try anything today, just sat in the AC with fruity drinks.

My parts came in Friday, so most of my works had been done Friday afternoon from 4pm-8pm. It is really hot in my garage. And early Saturday morning I got up at 6am and worked on the final assemble work and coolant fill, started it and done a driving test. After done the work and on Saturday and Sunday morning, I stayed in the AC room and watch euro champion cup with some snacks and drinks.

Anyone have a good recommendation for an exhaust place? It's not for the M3, but I need to have some pipes cut, shortened, and welded to clean up some exhaust tips, and I'd be happy to pay more for someone that will do a good job. Most places seem more interested in repairing exhausts, or selling full kits.

AR Motorsport in Tigard does custom exhaust fab. They just built a fully custom exhaust on my E46 using Magnaflow Resonators and race axle back exhaust. All the tubing was custom from headers back.

Their number is 971.339.5353. Ask for Martin.

I spotted a Frozen Orange or Red E92 M3 with ZCP wheels on Saturday morning - very early around 5AM getting onto US Hwy 26 Eastbound by 185th Ave - Tanasbourne area....anyone here?

The exhaust sounded amazing - definitely not stock. It was dark and could not be sure if it was Frozen Orange or Red. It could be a wrap too.

I've seen a Frozen Red one around from a distance a few times in the Beaverton area. Could never get close enough to talk to them lol.

I've never seen a frozen orange... but a few lime-rock-clone wraps around.

Recently done:
1. Installed an used Akrapovic slip on exhaust.
2. Replaced rear window rubber seal (bought from FCPEuro).
3. Polished rear window with griot's garage Fine Glass Polish, removed all waterspot.

Currently love the Akrapovic exhaust + stock x-pipe + AA test pipe setup. I have ACM mod exhaust before akra and it is too loud for me in my neiborhood. I lived on the hill and ACM's 2krpm drone is also a big pain for me to climb the steep neibor road.
Compare the stock exhaust, it also saved about 30lb, it is super easy to install it by myself.

OEM exhaust muffer: 50lb.
Akrapovic Slip on: 20lb.

I also have a AA x-pipe which I have not installed, I just want to stick with OEM middle pipe for a while until I want more HP or may be a little bit more sound?

Drove out for a while today, really happy with this exhaust mod, best craftmanship and I can feel fast accleration obviously.

You don't know how heavy the OEM exhaust is until you remove it by youself alone.

How do you like those garage lifts? I forget the brand - I know they are super popular here on the forums (here and other car forums).

Are they stable ? And where about in PDX do you live? - I'm over in the Bethany are, my wife and I bought a house in Bethany almost 20 years ago which is crazy how fast the time has gone by.
