295/30 PSS on E92 ZCP?

Reviving an old thread as I decided to go for this setup earlier this year on stock ZCP suspension, and since there's been a few members asking about it, I wanted to provide a comprehensive perspective of what it looks like.

No real difference in the ride quality versus the stock setup. Just more grip, slightly less steering feel, and much better look

I have an e90 m3 on H&R performance springs and just got 245/275 michelin pilot SS. I'm looking to buy a track set of 18s and was curious as too how much tire i can go in the front, and forum links or advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

275's fit in the front with 9.5 or 10" wheels in the proper offset.

My off-set may be more aggressive than yours...or, have you changed the camber for the tires?

Nope, stock ZCP everything. No changes to the suspension or wheels.

Hello, would +22 on a 9.5 width 19" wheel be the proper setup for a 275/30R19 front?

Yes with -2 camber. You might need a 3mm spacer if you have Coilovers that reduce inner clearance (like kW clubsports)

Thanks for the feedback! Don't think i can get to -2 with stock suspension and pin pull - i'll probably upsize when i drop the car.

You can get to -1.7 on lowering springs with pins pulled. I was able to run 275's with 9.5 et22 wheels with eibach springs and -1.7 camber

Holy thread back from the dead.

How are we feeling (since many years have passed) about the 275/295 setup on ZCP wheels (ZCP car with stock suspension). I’m running a square setup with 19x10 front and rear.

Still have the same tires on my car that I installed in 2013 (I only drive about 2k miles per year). They've been fine for my mostly tame street driving in predominantly dry weather, and I definitely prefer the look over stock sizes. The rears rubbed slightly recently when I had some weight in the trunk but I haven't heard them rub otherwise. Are they the ideal sizes on ZCP wheels for track driving? Probably not, but I have no complaints with my use case.

I also just realized that your from Long Island. I live in Islip. We definitely need to meet up.

I ordered the 275/30's up front and 295/30's for the rear.

I went with the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S's.

I went with 255/35 up front and 295/30 rear for my summer configuration on zcp wheels and suspension. Ps4s. It rides great though oem diehards will notice the difference from the more "nimble" feel of the oem 245/265. I may try to add a small spacer in both the front and rear next summer to push the wheels out a bit as only thing I don't like is the slight inset on the stock zcp configuration.

I think the 295 in the rear (at least in PSS/PS4 sizes) with stock ZCP offset is going to be the limit of how far out the tire can be pushed behind the fender before you start to get consistent rubbing.

I too have been looking at different sizes for 359 wheels on ZCP stock configuration. I see that Dinan recommends 275/30 and 295/30 PSS for their forged wheels which are also 9” front and 10” rear.

Yes, my hunch is the same. Going to assess it in the spring at this point and may just get some wider rims for the summer season. I just like the zcp wheels so much. We shall see!

Just to update my situation:

Still running 275/30 front, and 295/30 rear but wouldn't recommend it. I definitely wouldn't do it again. It looks great, but it's too much grip for the car. Lot's of wheel hop on launch because of the insane grip. It's a bit less fun this way. No rubbing (but did rub with a 10mm rear spacer).

Running 10mm spacers on ZCP tires rubbed the fender liner a little but didn't touch the fend, by a hair though...
