New 09 E92 owner, first BMW

The iDrive is def. better than 08's model. It has a back button where the 08 doesnt and it's a pain in the ass when you want to go back to previous page and accidentally press Menu! It would take you to the Home Screen!

I use my menu button as the back button. It works perfect

I think we consumers are to blame for these greedy dealer markups, just because there are a lot of people who do end up paying or have no problem paying these ridiculous markups. Remember what some people were paying for the GTR when it first came out? Current situation with the Audi R8?

It's a Sales Rep's job to make money for themselves and the dealer, so they'll milk whatever they can out of it, and if you were in the same shoes you'd do that too.
