Where is this sound coming from

I've checked the mirror, the Nav and pretty much tried holding down all the panels within reach. This is literally the only creak/squeak my car makes.

Please help!

Sounds kinda like the center vent rattle noise I was having on one of my previous E92 M3s. While driving the same road, push on various parts of the center vents/adjustment wheel, etc, and see if it goes away.
