I've started to crunch some numbers and am wondering if $1K is doable at ~ $70s. Doesn't add up when comp'd to your figures for the MCoupe.

Guess it all depends on BMW NA's estmate of residual - if it's around 50-55% for 3Y then $1K / mth is achievable (~ 7% APR).

When I say loaded, I don't mean fully loaded. Just the important options would come out to around 65k

You can still find great deals on 2008 M3's.... A couple grand down and like $750/mo for nicely optioned cars.

NEGOTIATE, don't settle.

Get the M3. You won't regret it.

I too was kind of torn between the M Coupe and the M3. The M Coupe is a way uniquer car, and also as much an M as any BMW M car. For me, it came down to power and the M3 won. But even if I did get the M coupe, I think I'd be just as happy with that too.

Keep the current M3? If not then a 135 for an even lower lease??? The E92 M3 will be around for about 4-6 more years so I would grab the M coupe if you really wanted the vehicle. Just remember it has the same S54 engine as the E46 M3 you own... I would go for variety and check out the 135i...

Why don't you do the balloon loan w/ the M3 since you're selling it in a few years anyways. Payments should be like 700-750 a month.

Different cars. We're referring to the BMW Z4 M Coupe, or M Coupe for short. It's the M version of the Z4.

Would this be a daily driver? Is there EVER a need to take more than 1 passenger? If yes, than the M3 offers about 95 percent of what the M-coupe would offer IMO.

Also, how are you getting such a low lease offer on the M3? Best I got was around 900 with zero down on a car an E92 that stickers at around 72.
