Modded M3 DCT vs X5M

whatsup guys, I know someone posted a video in another thread an M3 getting absolutely embarrassed by an X5M - its because of such videos that some ignorant people outside the BMW community simply dismiss the M3 as a really slow car....I posted in that thread saying that an M3 should walk an X5M pretty easily (with the M3 being both stock and modded), and some people disagreed.......anyways, heres an accurate depiction of an M3 vs an X5M, its a pretty short race but I think the results speak for themselves:

From what I've seen they trap about 108, so it shouldn't really be a contest.

Thanks.
Can you post the original link?
Maybe they're talking from a dig? The X5 will probably do better that way since it has 4 wheels drive and more torque down low?

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

The X5M will undoubtedly have the advantage off the line (massive torque and AWD), but M3 shouldnt have a problem reeling it in and walking it top end...link:
