Putting an ESS G1+ kit on my 2011 Azurite Black E90.

I am doing the RBs and TAs but my shop also recommended doing the following:

Valve Cover Gaskets/Timing Cover Gasket
Idle Control Valve

Car has 30k miles.

Is this necessary?

Idle air control valve would be nice since it’s under the plenum.

Spark plugs would be good, along with the RBs, TAs, and motor mounts. Oil pan gasket will be done with RBs.
