at what temperature is it safe to rev the s65 out.

I have this habit of taking it up to 6k when it reaches 170 degrees/75 degrees Celsius.

is this too early?

Why not just wait for proper operating temp of 210°F? It's just a matter of minutes to get where it needs to be from your 170°F.
