Yeah he's denouncing any RB issues and he's a little daunting overall. I can attribute this to stupid questions from unprepared/insincere buyers for a car sale. A lot of the times you will get stupid questions from a buyer that often arises from a perceived discount at hand to an established price. I'm sure if you actually took the time to look at the car he'd allow a spin in it. He is simply trying to weed out fucktards.
