New Toyota FT-1 Concept
Looks like we're in a golden age of sports cars/supercars.
This thing looks amazing. Engine is highly speculated to be co-developed with BMW. Imagine if it's using the S55? lol, I doubt it though the engine cover looks to be characteristic of a V6/V8. (S63 ??? imagine that : ) http://autospies.com/news/DETROIT-AU...-Toyota-79714/ |

Toyota finally got some new designer or got their curreent designers drunk/high and let them loose.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

I really hope it's a GTR competitor and priced right around $100k. I'm dying for a RWD high performance Japanese car.

I'm not talking about 0-60 specs. I'm talking about being a high performance bargain that's fast on the racetrack. Being RWD already makes it better than the GTR in my opinion.

love it... hope it doesn't change too much if/when it gets built
I'd be ok with having my midlife crisis a few years early

It looks very futuristic. I like it.
Here's the deal, I don't want a limited run $100k toyota coupe. (Don't know anyone who does either) Make it less than $50k as a supra successor with a bmw twin turbo six and it will be a major success. |

Wow, that looks incredible, especially those fans behind the intakes...look like turbines ready to suck you in! Given all the great new cars coming online, is "M" still the most powerful letter in the world?
