Supercharged m3 question
Good evening guys! I need some help here!
Ess m3 VT2 595 I am experiencing some issues. When I put down my foot hard, the car hesitated to accelerate. I full throttled my car, but I didn't feel the power, at some point around 6K rpm I suddenly feel the power. I don't know why but it feels like the clutch is slipping? But there is no warning on clutch overheat or something. This happened right after I fix a exhaust leak before the oxygen sensor, my friend told me it is because the ecu is still learning since I don't have any exhaust leak anymore. Also when I let the throttle go at high speed I can hear some wired noise come from under the hood. This is driving me crazy, ever since I installed supercharged my car doesn't run properly. |

I saw your other post. So you had it on for about 1,200 miles right?
How many miles are on the engine now? When did you change our your spark plugs? I had a hesitation that was fixed when I replaced all 8 ignition coils. I am on a 625 kit |

Low power I normally see attributed to a few common things. Boost leaks are the first thing I would check. Make sure the manifold didnt lift. Doesnt sound like its the case in your scenario but a weak belt tensioner/slipping belt causes low boost up top. Rare occasions I have seen the bypass valve cause issues.

That is suction side so wont be a boost leak. Regardless still fix the leak but a boost leak would be on the compressed side. Looks at the manifold to throttle body seals and make sure they are tight.
