If you like the current M3, then buy it.

I guess it depends on how highly you value the Dinan upgrades. With ten+ points of Dinan upgrades I'd say that's a pretty good deal, without it's pretty average for that odometer/year/model. It has:
Carbon fibre strut bracing, Akrapovic evolution exhaust system, Dinan Stage 1 suspension,Dinan Performance software, Dinan hi-flow intake |

In case the link I posted isn't showing up correctly, just navigate through their webpage under the Aston Martin Tab, there's only 1 M3 in there.
I'm don't have much knowledge on M3's myself, but here are the mechanicals posted on their site. I've spoken to their sales guy, and he says this car was bought by the previous owner at 16000km wanted to bring it to tracks, hence the DINAN mods, but didn't seem to take it out to tracks much there for traded it in at 18000km for an Aston Martin as a gift for his wife. Question: so is this car Double Clutch Transmission 7 speed or is it some other variation? Mechanicals 4.0L DOHC 32-valve V8 engine w/double-VANOS variable valve timing Light-alloy cylinder head & crankcase Oil supply w/lateral force control & quality sensor Comfort start w/start/stop button Electronic throttle control w/M power button Self-adjusting clutch (SAC) Variable M differential lock Dual-mass flywheel Dynamic stability control (DSC) -inc: automatic stability control & traction (ASC&T), cornering brake control (CBC), dynamic brake control (DBC) Rear wheel drive M3 specific sport suspension calibration Double-pivot strut-type front suspension 5-link rear suspension Front & rear stabilizer bars Rack & pinion pwr steering w/Servotronic 4-wheel ventilated & cross-drilled pwr disc brakes 4-wheel anti-lock braking system w/electronic brake force distribution (EBD) Split twin exhaust w/chrome tips Tool kit |

Get it if you like it. There will never be a "right" time to buy a car. Or a computer for that sake. Models and performance will always change. You might find yourself waiting forever if you´re going for the perfect deal or moment.
Just my five cents. |

Price seams too high to me ... if you do get it make sure you get all of the maintenance reports and make sure it has been inspected by BMW before this dealer put it out for sale.
The latest BMW inspection should tell you if any future work is required. Good Luck. If I was you I would make a good search across Canada and compare. First I would not feel easy in purchasing a car from any dealer other then BMW since BMW will inspect the car well and let you know if there is something that needs to be done. The car you are looking at does not have Navigation ... have a look at this one ... more milage still a bit cheaper ... you can always have it shipped or pick it up ... it's a great drive home Click here and compare Some more to compare here
