WTB: e9x M3 - somewhere near the Brooklyn NY area

I'm looking to buy an e9x M3, preferably located somewhere in the vicinity of Brooklyn NY, but I am willing to travel. If anyone spots anything whether a private sale or dealership please let me know!

Just a few things...
- Looking for a 2008-2010 (anything newer will be out of my price range)
- I'd like it to be Alpine White, one of the Grey colors, or Melbourne Red.
- Interior MUST be black.
- I would prefer one with the tech package/navigation.
- Has to be under 70,000 miles.

Year and transmission dont matter much to me.

I have a higher preference for the E90 over the 92 and 93 but would still take any of them. I have a coupe now and was looking to move into a sedan, but I've had coupes for so long that another one wouldnt bother me at all

Ive seen a few on autotrader/cars.com etc that fit all these needs but I would really prefer to find a private sale first before looking at one at a dealership or used car place.

Updated some info, I thought I had added this, but Im looking for a 2008-2010. Anything newer will be out of my price range, 2010 may even be pushing it.

I have a fully loaded black 2009 M3,with full red Marino interior leather in perfect condition. This car has dealer installed performance parts including M performance exhaust black BMW GTS 19 wheels and tier set up full M3 color protection (3200$ value), M performance grill, and rear sunshade. This car comes with an extra set of winter tier. This car has always been garaged, all services is uptodate and performed by BMW dealership. Car fax is available.
