ABS Failure Code

Looking to get some direction on how to resolve an issue with my 2011 E92. I recently had an ABS brake failure warning light pop up when the car is started. Soon after that I get three more errors:

- Driving Stability
- DBC Malfunction
- Start-off assistance inactive

As I drive the car the warnings go away but then they come back on shortly after. The warning lights have consistently been coming on the past few times I have driven the car.

My mechanical troubleshooting knowledge is limited but I would like to avoid the BMW dealership if possible to get this issue resolved. If anyone can point me in the right direction to narrow down the issue, it would be greatly appreciated.

Could be anything from wheel speed to brake pad wear sensors. Get the codes read. Find an indy shop local enthusiasts like if you don’t want the dealership.

Almost certain it's ABS/wheel-speed sensor but best to get it to a BMW specialist shop and put it on the diagnostic computer.

If you can share your city I'm sure a member here can recommend a good shop near you.

Yes get it scanned for codes. But as others have said likely a wheel sensor. Rather easy and relatively inexpensive. I've had this happen both in my M3 and 1M.

Thanks everyone for the feedback. I'm located in Madison Wisconsin, any suggestions on a good independent shop in my area?
