end of 2008, So Cal BMW had 599 least for E90 M3 and 699 for E92 M3, 999 for M6 and 899 for M5, all with 3000-5000 down. i dont think 650 is possible for now.

Well if he has 30k+ to down on the car, then 650/month on a great deal would be feasible.

especially on a 2 year lease. at least do a 3-4 year lease so you get all the benefits of the low monthly payments.
