Weird sound coming from engine lower rear engine bay after small pull in second gear

Would like som help identifying what the issue may be with the help of this video taken roughly 2 hours after sound started. It is a faint rumbling sound that is apparent both in idle and when in gear. No error messages havbe appeared on display and all gear shifts while cruising seem fine aswell... Any ideas? All help is appreciated!
