Very good information, bro! Thanks a lot! I have pretty much made up my mind on this. I will most likely take up COR's recommended offset for max aggressive looks and guaranteed no rubbing. They won't reveal the offset they use citing trade secrets. I am sticking to stock ZCP tire size. After fitment, i will prob do a 4 wheel alignment to get back the same geometry due to the change in offset.

Simple math: If the offset was the same, the ZCP wheels would be 0.25" wider both ways, inward into the wheel well and outward toward the fender.

0.25" = 6.35mm

Since the offset is 2mm less aggressive, the net result is that the ZCP wheels are 4.35 mm closer to the fender than the 220 wheels.

They are also wider and look more aggressive. They are 2lbs heavier than the 220 wheels but their weight distribution is better.

I think the quality of the ZCP picture does'nt really give justice to what it look in real !

Its not an illusion the eye scans the entire package from diff angles and since its 6mm on either side..it looks and is a decent amount wider and depending on the tire looks fairly agressive..this is what I was trying to convey..

Unless you ONLY look from a 180 deg tail or front view angle... 4mm closer to the fender doesnt tell anything about how ZCPs will truly look compared to 220s

Guys, thanks for all the inputs! The ZCP's wider stance certainly makes the car look more aggressive and sporty. COR can't produce at 9" for the front wheels, so i will have to take 8.5" as per 220M size, but by tweaking the offset, it should give an even more flush look than ZCP even at stock tire size. I am ordering a set of their F1 Brava monoblock in brush aluminium with Anthracite finish (centre piece). Basically replacing the glossy black with the matt anthracite finish of the 2nd picture.

Im running Nitto Invos...moving on to a 275/30/19 front and 295/30/19 rear Mich PSS when the fronts wear out..just replaced the rears a month ago. I'm going to widen a set of rear ZCP wheels to 19X11 and run the 19X10 ET25 in the front.

I am thinking of running 255/35/19 front and 285/35/19 rear on the OEM 220M wheels.
Another option is 255/35/19 front and 285/30/19 rear.

I wonder if anyone has used this setup?
Does it rub at all (specially the rear)?
Does it have any effect on the DCT or braking with the small diameter changes.

Appreciate any help

You'll have to try it to find out, no guarantees on those sizes and rubbing. I had AG 359 wheels with 255/35 up front and didn't rub. The guy I sold them to said he had slight rubbing on full lock. It depends on your liner.
