WTT - Gintani Race Exhaust (Flat Black)

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
USD 1,200.00

Item Interest
As the title says, i'm looking to trade the Gintani Race exhaust that came with the E92 i recently purchased. It sounds amazing, however, my wife and daughter (though really my wife) would prefer something a bit quieter.

With that said, i'm happy to add cash onto a deal if warranted. I'm looking for:

Akra
Dinan
MPE

I would consider a stock exhaust with the ACM mod and cash going in my direction.

I will try to get some pictures of the exhaust this weekend.

Also, i will be at AutoCouture on Friday December 21. If anyone wants to swap exhausts there, let me know.

Otherwise, i'm in Stamford CT. But could travel a little for the right deal.

Thank you,

Justin

Thank you for the offer. I'd prefer a stock exhaust with the ACM mod if possible. I also need to keep the deal local so i can swap my exhaust for the one i receive.

Curious as to your thoughts on the Gintani vs ACM mod.

I had the mod done with test pipes and it was LOUD.

If you still have cats in place I'd like to know what you think of it after some time behind the wheel.

I love it! It has a nice low rumble but isn’t overpowering. I wanted something slightly quieter than the Gintani and the ACM was perfect. Noise when you want it and quiet when you don’t. Though still a little louder than stock.

Thanks for the reply.

I have an extra stock muffler so I think I'll have ACM do the mod.

Happy motoring.

wish I had seen this, I have an ACM modded exhaust and it's exactly as grundle describes. Not overpowering, a little rumble, great tone. But maybe only 20% louder than stock

Looking for something loud . Didn't wanna just throw a macht X-pipe at it as that would be a full straight pipe
