Long gone. I was not able to make it fit on the E92 with the offset I had.

I have Apex 18x11 et44 wheels with 12 & 15mm spacers and on Ohlins R&T suspension with the manufacturer drop which is about 10mm lower than the ZCP. Do you think the 295/35 will rub?

I had 11 et28 and they did not fit. They might work with a 12mm spacer.

I have no issues with 295/30 A052 in the rear, with EC7 18x11 etc44 + 15mm spacer. 0 rubbing. I would avoid the 295/35 A052, as Slicer pointed out.

Bringing this thread back up from the dead.
I ended up fitting 275/40/18 on 18x10.5 et27 and 18x11 et25 wheels in the rear. Didn't work up front like slicer predicted but I was hard headed and had to try lol If anyone wants pics I have some.
Looking back in here though results varied on the 295/35 setup in the rear so checking in to see what the verdict might be on either of the above wheel specs I have? I got ahold of three sets of barely-used 265/295 staggered that I got for a great deal so I'd like to try to fit them on. From the sounds of it the et25 or so should work?
TIA

Ideal offset for an 11" wheel in the rear, assuming you are going for max width, is 32-34mm,

If you are trying to fit a 295/35/18 A052 on a 11" et25, it will not clear. slicer tried with an 11" et28 wheel and it didn't fit, so even less chance an et25 will clear the bodywork.

If you are trying to fit a 295/35/18 A052 on a 10.5" et27, it should clear, but since these tires run very wide, it will be quite pinched on a 10.5" wheel.

Thanks! So sounds like going forward an 18x11 et44 off-the shelf wheel with a 12mm spacer would be a better bet if I want to continue to run the setup?
I'm looking at purchasing another pair of 18x11 wheels in either et25 or et44 so I guess this helps my decision some and et44 is looking like the way to go and just playing with spacers from there.

Yes, definitely go with the et44

Or make your life easier and go to 295/30/18

Cool. And that’s the plan! Ultimate plan is 295/30 & 315/30 staggered but 295/35 is what I ended up with for now and I’d like to try and use them

The 295/30/18 also gives the car a nice gearing advantage with IMO is a huge win, especially for 6MT.

DCT here, so my preference is towards the taller tire actually lol

You want to keep the long gearing? I already want 4.10s for my 6MT and if I had a DCT car my desire for gears would be even greater. Faster or not short geared cars are always more fun. I get that gearing can be tricky and what's most ideal definitely varies from track to track.

I know for at my most local track stock gears would be better than 4.10s because I think 4.10s are going to require a shift to 4th in 1-2 places where stock you could ride out 3rd.

That said, I'm 100% sure gears would make the car more fun to drive and my priorities are on fun, not being the fastest.

I think because my car is autocrossed so much I actually prefer a longer 2-3rd gear. On track the shorter DCT works pretty well for most tracks I go to.

The 315/30 is going to rub a little bit no matter what if you're any kind of low out back. I'm speaking purely from F82 territory (which has more clearance in the back compared to my E92). It's not catastrophic and it didn't touch any hard parts but I'm not sure the 315 really has much of an advantage over a 295. The A052 is already plenty sticky so the cost/benefit may not be there to move to a 315. But if you do it keep us posted how it works on the E platform.

I've already test-fit an 18x11 with the 315 from another car and it worked fine at my ride height. But I'm barely 10mm lower than ZCP

Will do! But it might be awhile. I've got 3 sets of 265/295 staggered to burn up first! lol

A052's in 315, is a lot of tire

I'm planning to continue running 295/30 square, so I can to rotate.

Could you tell me more about how you're able to run 295/30 square? I'm looking to run the same tire size... assuming 18" wheels.

I'm running 18x11 et25 wheels with 5mm spacers in the front. You'll need at least 3* of camber up front.

Has anyone done a fair bit street driving on these? For mixed use what kind of mileage could one expect to get compared to something like a Cup2?
