Damn... I think I'll be spending more money on the car soon.
I changed (actually tlp did 90% of the work) the wheel out on my E36 M3 and it was awesome.

I always thought that the performance steering wheel's been out for some time now. Is this the new version or something? I mean, I know that the "M-Performance" steering wheel is new but I thought the electronic version of the "Performance" steering wheel has been out for awhile already. I'm confused...

^^^correct, just a refreshed new wheel with some new features and a new design (electrical display version)
the non electrical versions are also refreshed. Just like anything BMW needs to keep coming up with new designs and technologies

also running into a few install issues that i'll need to sort through. for one, my idrive controller's <enter> functionality seems to be gone for the moment. otherwise, the wheel is amazing. |

I was the other one that ordered from Evan @ GetBMWParts.com. Finally received mine today after a UPS shipping issue that caused a 2 week delay where it traveled around the US before making it to my doorstep.
Not sure when I'll get to install it but I'll be sure to update everyone once I do. Pics for now:

I had one in my E46M3 (ZCP) and now in my E90M3 (Performance 1st LED version). They're same. Even if I wash my hands, try to to sweat, but after certain miles, it just wear out and get shiny. I really wish they make leather only version.
