Need help with Sirius receiver problem

I did something that made some of my Sirius channels (between 21 and 50) disappear. They are still being received because I can find them by advancing one channel at a time using the steering wheel button, but they've disappeared off the channel list and I can't access them with my Idrive controller. Could someone help me put the channels back? This is an 08 M3 with technology package, navigation, and satellite radio. Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the advice. Perhaps that would help but their customer service is not that great and I am receiving the channels, they just don't show up on my list. I can have them resend the activation signal to the receiver and that might be what is needed. I was hoping someone else has had this problem and would know right away how to fix it.

Channels just showed up again the next day without doing anything.
