With the exception of one time, I've had positive experiences with fcp. Even with the exception (a structure wasnt packaged responsibly), I made them aware of the package issue and they were more than responsive; offering to replace it and expedite the shipping.
Plus being in Mass, even the cheapest shipping option gets to me in 1 to 2 days. |

sorry to hear about your experience. IMO, FCP is the a great vendor with their lifetime warranty replacement program, I literally have been servicing all my OE parts through them for many years. I love doing business with them. FCP is top notch in customer service in all the years with them. It sound you had bad luck with parts rather than FCP customer service. Hope you get things sorted out for you.

I am with everyone else, one bad expierence doesn't justify posting on a large forum as this. This will only potentially hurt there business. If this was my business I would be frustrated but as FCP does they chime in on the thread and say they will make it right. I have never heard anything negative and I just began using them and had nothing but amazing service. Nick at FCP even checked my cart and cross referenced my VIN to make sure everything I ordered was correct. Sorry to hear about your expierence but sometimes keeping your opinion to yourself can help keep a business healthy especially a company that has always been there to support or help this great forum.

Funny thing, FCP sent OP a return shipping label AND gave him a $25 credit yet this thread is STILL up.

All I can say is the following:
- I posted about a frustrating situation - I then added to it and explained how FCP tried to make it right so it was not one-sided - I did not ask for the credit - The string of posts actually makes them look good. As mentioned in the original post I was sure lots of people had great service, and the replies suggest my experience was not the norm - For those of you who do not approve of the post, perhaps posting additional replies is counter productive END |
