I have an Akrapovic Evolution full titanium exhaust system available for sale.

Fits: E92/E93 M3
Tips: Carbon Fiber

Condition: Excellent - tips could use some polishing

Not willing to part out separately at this time.

Located in Culver City, Los Angeles, CA.
Prefer local buyers, but willing to ship at buyer's expense.
Shipping specs: 71lbs - 24” x 24” x 61”

I don't believe so as you would need the primary cats at the very least to pass smog. The Akra Evo replaces both sets with a single set of Hi-Flow cats. When I need to go in for a smog, I swap in the stock exhaust and haven't had an issue! Hope that helps.
